2024 NGLCC XLR8 Program Application
The NGLCC XLR8 Certified LGBT Business Enterprise® (LGBTBE) Capacity Development Program is designed to help LGBT-owned businesses grow and succeed in a highly competitive market. XLR8 will consist of a series of by-application cohorts of NGLCC Certified LGBTBE® companies distinguished by revenue, focusing on businesses ranging from $100,000 to $999,999, $1 million to $3.99 million, and $4 million+ (known as NGLCC’s Platinum Circle) in annual revenues to help them create sustainable and meaningful growth for their companies. Start-up companies and those with less than $100,000 that have high-growth potential will also be considered. Applications for 1st cohort are due April 26, 2024.
Key areas of focus include: management and leadership innovation, access to capital and financial literacy, cybersecurity, team development, as well as marketing, communications, and branding.
This year's program will feature three (3) cohorts*.
